This one barely fits in the garage :/ 08 DTS. Heated/cooled seats, mediocre sound system, heated steering wheel, remote start, auto-dimming rear view mirrors. Nice, but not $11k nice when an optioned-out $3k Park Avenue Ultra can match it tit-for-tat on everything but the cooled seats.

Back when I had my BMW I would get a base 3-series as a loaner during service. One time they were out of loaners, so they grabbed a DTS from their Cadillac dealer for me to drive. It was amazing.

Those aren’t close to gigantic.

Okay, if you compare them to the rolling barges of back then, they’re small. Compared to stuff from this century though, they’re humongous. And I don’t care which way you cut it the Taurus is as tall as a lot of modern crossovers.

It’s not as tall as modern crossovers.

My grandpa went from an ‘04 Park Ave Ultra to an ‘11 DTS Platinum, which he only bought because they stopped doing the Park Avenue and he refuses to buy used.
